ENNA is a great exponent of the culinary tradition that Oaxaca represents.

On the one hand, it is nourished by the flavors and textures of the state’s gastronomy, a cultural heritage of humanity declared by UNESCO; and on the other, it receives freshness of the fruits of the sea that arrive at the port every day.

The relaxed atmosphere of our restaurant opens the doors to both tourists and residents so that the closure of the meal is always present.

Rodolfo Castellanos, executive chef at ENNA, created an exclusive menu that reflects contemporary flavors that delight the palate.
