Privacy Notice
ENNEA HOTEL located at Guanajuato Street, Brisas de Zicatela, Santa María Colotepec, Oaxaca, is responsible for the collection and use of your personal data, as well as for its protection.
In compliance with the provisions of articles 8, 15, 16, and 36 of the LEY FEDERAL DE PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS PERSONALES EN POSESIÓN DE LOS PARTICULARES (LFPDPPP).
The purpose is to use personal data appropriately, in a controlled manner, and in accordance with the law for the processes of the Administrative System at ENNEA HOTEL.
Your information is required for internal hotel processes. Among the means to obtain it are registration forms, telephone reservations, quotations, agreements, satisfaction surveys, your comments, complaints, and/or suggestions.
The personal data requested are:
- Full name (First Name, Paternal and Maternal Last Name).
- Guest’s Signature
- Home phone and Cell phone.
- Credit or debit card information
- Email.
- Place of origin.
- RFC (Taxpayer Registration).
This information will be used for the following purposes:
- Guest security during stay.
- Reservation processing.
- Tax receipts.
- Sending promotional information from the company.
- To generate a customer database.
- Improvement of control and implementation of subsequent service processes.
Security and safeguarding of your personal data
ENNEA HOTEL aims to ensure that the personal data and/or sensitive data, if collected under this Privacy Notice, can be used for the proper operation and purposes of the Hotel and by governmental authorities as required; the foregoing in order for them to be used for administrative, marketing, sales, statistical, and other purposes that may be of interest and/or beneficial to the Data Subject.
The safeguarding of personal data is the responsibility of ENNEA HOTEL, which will take necessary measures to prevent the loss and/or theft of information stored in physical and digital files.
We commit not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except for the exceptions provided for in article 37 of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, as well as to make this transfer in accordance with the terms set forth in that law.
Exceptions to article 37:
- When the transfer is provided for in a Law or Treaty of which Mexico is a part of;
- When the transfer is necessary for medical prevention or diagnosis, the provision of health care, medical treatment, or the management of health services;
- When the transfer is made to controlling companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates under common control of the responsible party, or to a parent company or any company within the same group as the responsible party operating under the same internal processes and policies;
- When the transfer is necessary by virtue of a contract entered into or to be entered into in the interest of the data subject, by the responsible party and a third party;
- When the transfer is necessary or legally required for the safeguarding of a public interest, or for the procurement or administration of justice;
- When the transfer is necessary for the recognition, exercise, or defense of a right in a judicial proceeding, and
- When the transfer is necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of a legal relationship between the responsible party and the data subject.
For the exceptions provided for in article 37 of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data, if you do not express your opposition to the transfer of your personal data, it will be understood that you have given your consent for it.
Explicit mention of sensitive personal data.
In addition to the personal data mentioned above, for the purposes informed in this privacy notice, at ENNEA HOTEL we will use the following personal data considered sensitive: present and future health status, religious, philosophical, and moral beliefs, union membership. We inform you that the processing of the mentioned sensitive personal data is intended for ENNEA HOTEL to comply with the obligations arising from the legal relationship we have with the Data Subject. We commit to treat them under security measures that guarantee their confidentiality.
Means to revoke consent for the processing of personal data.
You may revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data by means of a request that you must send to the Official Privacy Officer, through a written request, email, or by telephone. If after revocation you request confirmation of the same, the Responsible Party will respond to you expressly.
Means to exercise ARCO rights.
You have the right to: (i) access your personal data in our possession and know the details of their processing, (ii) rectify them if they are inaccurate or incomplete, (iii) cancel them when you consider that they are not required for any of the purposes indicated in this privacy notice, they are being used for purposes not consented to, or the contractual or service relationship has ended, or (iv) oppose the processing of them for specific purposes, as provided by law, (together, the “ARCO Rights”).
For the exercise of your ARCO Rights, you must submit a request (the “ARCO Request”), to the Responsible Party, attention to the Privacy Officer, to the Contact Address, accompanied by the following information and documentation:
- Your name, address, and email address to communicate the response to the ARCO Request;
- A copy of the documents proving your identity (copy of IFE, passport, or any other official identification) or, if applicable, the documents proving your legal representation, the original of which you must present to receive the response from the Responsible Party;
- A clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which you seek to exercise any of the ARCO Rights;
- Any document or information that facilitates the location of your personal data, and; in case of requesting a rectification of your personal data, you must also indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation supporting your request.
The Privacy Officer will respond to your ARCO Request and the reasons for his decision by email.
Cookies and Web Beacons
It should be noted that when accessing internet sites, you may encounter “cookies,” which are text files that are automatically downloaded and stored on the hard drive of the user’s computer when browsing a specific internet page, which allows recording some of your data on the Internet server.
Likewise, Internet pages may contain “web beacons,” which are images inserted on the page or in an email, which can be used to monitor the behavior of a visitor, as well as to store information about the user’s IP address, duration of interaction time on said page, and the type of browser used, among others.
Therefore, we inform you that ENNEA HOTEL may use “cookies” and “web beacons” for better performance of the site.

The rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition of personal data.
You have the right to access, rectify, and cancel your personal data, as well as to oppose their processing or revoke the consent that you have given us for that purpose, through the procedures established by the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
